Banks for Managed Payments

has anybody on here use prepaid banks for managed payments besides some of the major banks

What is a prepaid bank? A prepaid gift card?
MP requires a checking account at real bank. Savings account may work if it allows for debits and not all do.

chime,cashapp,dave etc those banks in particular.... has anyone used these banks on ebay and is currently doing so I need feedback please if recommended

Ally Bank worked on my old managed payments but failed to work on my new managed payments. I kept getting Sorry please try again later. But regular banks worked. I doubt Cashapp works. Chime might but I doubt it
