Bank account receiving payouts before verification
 

Anyone else seen this? Existing genuine MP account recently changed bank account. Requested microdeposits but never arrived in new bank account, now getting payouts anyway.

It's common. Most of us with US accounts never saw or had to confirm micro deposits. It seems like they are using micro deposits as a fallback method. :noidea:

But here's the clincher - it has the red verify message at the top saying enter microdeposit amounts but it is still sending payouts. A glitch?

I never received any sort of confirmation/emails about getting accepted into managed payments, or banking, or anything. Started selling the same day I entered the information, and receiving payouts in the bank 2 days later. I also did the login method for the bank, because the best I can remember it mentioned future verification if I did micro-deposits.

I guess if I go too fast, they'll slow me down. :lol:

EDIT: I now see that you CHANGED your bank account info, so what I said is irrelevant. :(

UPDATE: Today got this email:

Hello,

Your payouts have been temporarily placed on hold while we review some details. Please allow up to 5 days for this review to take place.

You'll be notified if we need further information. If there are no further concerns, your payouts will be unblocked.

This temporary block will not impact your regular operations (listings/selling).

Got this on another account before, just waiting it out and plan to take it easy.

Strange. I'm guessing your change of bank account probably triggered this?

My thoughts exactly. Had it before on another account and it went away on its own. Ironically on this same account today i am now able to promote listings as well. Also had the microdeposits arrive yesterday and confirmed with no issue.

I have 2 stealth accounts received this email, I did nothing, and after 6 days payout is working without any email from Ebay.

Update: this account is now sending payouts and the message has disappeared.
