What bank for non-us ebayer?
 

i added payoneer us bank on ebay but ebay not accept virtual bank anymore

Anyone knows solution?

you will need to use local ebay accounts with payoneer

UK/USA are off limits for non-residents as only bank accounts for local residents are accepted on ebay

for now it is possible to open EU accounts for non-residents because EU has many countries so people can find a way to open an account somewhere in the EU and use it on ebay. but it is likely temporary , I am sure ebay will crack down on people running EU MP with bank accounts registered outside the country of ebay registration

In Canada you can open US based bank accts with TD and RBC. You can inquire regarding details with those 2 banks. Its quite simple.

in the EU it is plenty , in the UK almost none , I don't know regarding North America
