How to add an LLC to a stealth account (someone else's ssn)?
 

Hi guys:

So I have a couple of accounts created in another person's SSN and name and DOB info individual accounts but because Ebay is going to be issuing tax info to IRS from that SSN, isn't it best if I add an LLC and make it a business account?

In that case, how do I add an LLC to the account without giving my own SSN, name Dob as the member of that LLC to ebay so they don't link with other accounts. Do I just put that person's info, as a member for ebay even though they are not when I update it to a business LLC account?

I saw there are ebay accounts for sale on this forum, that say no need for ssn or name, but later on just an ein will be needed, so I'm assuming there's a way to do this without giving my info to ebay and without ebay sending tax info to that person's ssn on file.

You upgrade from personal to business

Once you upgrade they will ask

For “name of business”

You will have to choose between
Whether it’s single member llc or multi memeber llc / corp

You can choose single member llc if that’s what you have

And you will enter the llc ein

Plz note from what I heard once you upgrade from
Personal to business
They can ask for id

The problem though is who's information do you give under the LLC member info? It still asks for name and SSN of a member.
