1099k for a LLC EIN that is dissolved

I have one banned account and one active account for eBay MP business accounts that surpassed 20k this year. The LLC's were dissolved at the end of last year but the info wasn't changed on my eBay accounts. What should I do? I figured I would just put my SSN in for tax ID but I can't convert a business account back to a personal.

Dissolving the LLC doesn't dissolve the EIN as EIN are immortal. They are vampires. You can't change them, close them or cancel them. Even if you print out and shoot the CP 575 the EIN it holds will still live... Enough B.S. Just report the income listed on the 1099-K in your schedule C as usual.

This is a good question.
I had the same dilemma last year.

I filed my schedule C regardless and so far i havent gotten any penalties from the state

You got a 1099k for a LLC that was dissolved the previous year? Did you report it as just self employment income or did you have a separate schedule C for just that LLC with it's income on there?

I wonder what the consequences are if you file under a dissolved LLC, i dont imagine it to be too bad.
