ebay asking for 9 digits on stealth

what happens when the name and the info is Horse ###!
obivously cant provide real details for this person
is the account now toast, ebay now asks for full 9 on new accts once only 600 dollar sales mark is past. had an account that easily sold 1000 in month then payouts were held

Nobody is going stealth anymore. It's not that it's more difficult these days, it's impossible these days.

Just use an EIN or ITIN if you are based overseas.

So I set up a Business single member LlC eBay account but it wants EIN in business settings and SSN in stakeholder settings. Is it safe to put EIN in both places, in the business settings and stakeholder ssn slot?
