Re-using Suspended SSN/ITIN's
 

I see some people here saying its ok to create new accounts using an SSN/ITIN from a suspended account, same name and DOB, but with a new address.

So eBay are not linking accounts based on name and SSN/ITIN?

Based on what I am reading I'm thinking about creating an account under a new LLC, new address, but with previously suspended SSN/ITIN.

Has anyone tested this? Anyone can confirm that it works? Or is it not true?

In the exact same boat. After looking into it, would recommend using someone else as account stakeholder, go directly to opening business account. Do not open personal account.

For me, it's not worth risking the hassle of the time and cost of obtaining LLC and risk using banned SSN and Name. Would suck to have to start over again.

It is too new to know about long term but yes, that has been the case on ayden since at least 2019 With MP today, it is hard to say for sure. They are evolving constantly.
