Will using same EIN id will result in linking to other account?
 

I did little bit of research however i could not find any answer to this.
anyone is willing to help?
this is a major problem because if accounts will get linked thru the EIN numbers it means each account will cost extra $1000, obtaining a business license cost around 1000$ in california


edit : i think i found the answer in the forum,

i think s-corp can not get multiple ein (which is currently what i have), but LLC does, so I think in order to get multiple EIN for your business, you must have an LLC

You can have one corporation
And a bunch of llcs under it


So the owner of the llcs is the corporation not you

And the corporation can have just one owner you
Or let’s say you and your 3 brothers 25 percent each


The income from all llcs then flows to the one corporation

End of year you file 1 corp tax

Tax saving is doing corporation vs schedule c
