Question about Citi bank and managed payments

Tried looking around the forums and couldn’t find a straight answer. Was wondering if anyone currently uses Citi bank and if it works or not. Any info much apreciated

Citibank should work just fine.

I think the problematic one is capital one or smaller credit unions.

citi works if it is a bank account opened personally at citibank , if it is a collection account from a financial company that uses citi it will not work
