Be careful with debit card payout
 

Just tried to activate payout via debit card on my established mp seller account and got a could not verify message, send bank statement. As my debit card is a different address than my ebay registration, it will be an issue. Had to be creative with docs and submitted them, fingers crossed. At this point, I hope the docs pass and I will not use the debit to withdraw, will keep using bank account as I have been without issue. Be warned! I had a bad feeling about it but needed some funds to pay bills quickly, it is a trap.

You needed funds quicker than the one-day payout? Or you tried to do it on the weekend?

Does this happen to most accounts when adding a debit card or it s only because you have a mismatched address??? I am thinking about adding one but do not want to raise any attention.

It's because of the mismatching address on the account
