Creating Multiple eBay accounts with LLCs (beneficial owner)
 

I'm at a bit of a dead end in my attempts to create eBay stealth accounts.

I run a business where monthly sales are going to be 10k+ in each eBay account. (so each account will sell >$100k a year easily).

I'd like to create/own more eBay accounts in order to not be at the mercy of eBay suspending an account and having my income disappear.

However, reading through the stealth book and doing my own research, I'm finding it hard to connect the dots on how to have multiple eBay accounts without opening up a "tax fraud/legal" can of worms.

The obviously answer is to create LLC's and to use the EIN on the LLC such that eBay issues the 1099 at the end of the year to an LLC that I own which would ensure that the tax burden is mine and not some random name.

The issue is that when you add an LLC and EIN to an eBay account it also asks that you provide the "beneficial owner" name and SSN.

I'm worried that if I were to give my name and SSN for this request over multiple accounts, that it would cause eBay to link all of my accounts and cause a domino effect and have them all suspended together at the same time.

Is there any solution to this problem?

Does eBay just never use "beneficial owner" information to link accounts?

How are you guys able to legally run several eBay accounts without them being linked while still following all USA tax laws?

I'm willing to pay for a tutorial if anyone here has expertise on this issue.

If you're running a business, I'd just use all legit info.
Perhaps one account sells 1 category and the other account sells another.

Then you just do your taxes normally

This is one of the biggest questions I am wondering why it is not talked about more. This being, does ebay link new accounts to banned accounts if they both have the same
SSN? And if they do, will they ban the new account? Because if they ban the new account for having the same SSN then how is anyone able to create stealth accounts at all? You would new to use a whole different person's SSN, which is a whole other can of worms and issues.

Yes, I have been scanning these forums since before MP started and I have still never been able to get any clear answer on this question. It really is the key barrier for "legal stealth" and without some confirmation on how to approach this I am hesitant to take chances.

Respectfully, I've been subscribed to the stealth book off and on for 3 years. No one is actually answering the question as to whether or not eBay is linking accounts based on the beneficial owner's SSN.

accounts are linked through any similar details , there were cases where accounts were linked just by using similar user names

but the more important question is whether they will be trying to link. on light violations they certainly will not as this does not happen across the board , in many cases one account is restricted or suspended and others with same details are not touched

the holy grail is copyright , fraud and sale of banned items , this is where they look for other accounts

simple conclusion would be that given the ease of crossreferencing SSN, linking would occur if a comparison is done

I've seen sellers do this before they just claim each account is for a different purpose like selling in different category or selling wholesale compared to retail. As for SSN question they can easily reference that using LexisNexis.
