Having issue with my stealth ebay account banking
 

i am trying to switch from a personal to a business account for one of my stealth accounts and i keep getting an error. I submitted the account info and it worked but once i hit the banking page, it keeps giving me an error.

"We couldn't verify this bank account. Please select a different payment method. {e153399-1211439x}"

I have also tried uploading the bank details by going to the "payments" section and hitting "add bank account". still gives me an error

Is this because I just recently opened up a bank account?

Note: The bank account is with Chase and is a business bank account. The names on the bank and account dont match but i have done it this way before and had no issues. Any ideas on what to do?

this usually happens when the bank account was already used on ebay on another account

Wait a day or so and retry - this feels like an odd glitch.

i don't think OP has used the bank account before, have you OP?

sometimes it may have problem accessing the bank website,or if you just open the account,it may not be added to its database.
They do not check name,they should though

The routing and account number is correct but still gave an error.

I'd try doing it on another device or in the app and see if it gives the same result.

You guys are clowns the reason he cant change his bank account is because the account is locked due to some account descriptency ...mc011 or restriction. The only way is to have that restriction removed temporarly via supervisor of the managed payment department. 24 restriction removal
