Yes and quite a few posts to read about for the online banks

Yes you can. But most banks don't like it and if they see a personal account being used for business purposes they might restrict it's use. (many want to charge fees)

It all depends on the country, yes it should be a business account, but in the UK it’s hard to open a business account and you have to use your personal one and then jump through a lot of hoops to get a business one with the bank.
