Hello all, quick question. Was suspended on MP and now have new account with low feedback selling low price items. Wondering if I can reuse same id (DL) as old account but with creative changes to avoid linking? Cheers

I think OP means in case of verification request - not for showing ID to customers...

Yes, only for egay verification on MP. I plan to try it soon and will see what happens. Thanks again guys for the time and feedback. This forum has always been there, regardless of my getting suspended on the past. There is some very valuable experience on here..

I have never heard of MP suspending you, usually it’s eBay, they only take the money.

If it’s eBay that suspended the account then use the same info as before on MP.

Went ahead and submitted creative bank account (really mine, just changed accounts and info to match), provided id again but made small changes. So far so good, sold two items and if this passes then should get payouts again (new bank account info also)

Good to hear, keep an eye out and be conservative with sales at least for 1-2 weeks. After a month it should be solid if nothing happens

Thanks for the wisdom, will do. So far so good, submitted id and bank docs, no email or message from egay yet but if I go into payment account it says "Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted." I assume this is normal as docs see being reviewed, at least I hope

I am curious what exactly did you do differently? So they first only asked for bank statement and photo ID? You submitted it, it failed and you just resubmitted it via the link in MC099? That's it?

Or you actually changed the photo ID then submitted it again? If so I am surprised they let that pass. That is, if it's really a human reviewing it. I know on Paypal its a bot.
