this is nothing significant , just bureaucracy from your congress to pretend they do something

you state your residential address and they only publish city and state

or even better you use a returns address different from your residential address and they will publish that

full address is only published if it is a business address

and all this only if you turnover is 20K+

Usually for this request you enter a random additional address, they only request this as a formality.
In some cases and more so with stealth accounts we will never ask for the product to be returned or anything similar.
