| | | Elliot | 06-06-2024 10:35 PM | Do I HAVE to put personal info on a Corp's seller account? Does there HAVE to be personal info on a business account? I've seen it asked a few times, it's only been answered for the Canadian scenario as far as I can tell.
I work for a Corporation, an established 25 year old company, DUNS, very well established, awesome credit, multiple business numbers, business bank account, etc.... (not some made up business put together for this purpose).
If I were to sell some company furniture, parts, surplus for them, do I have to put my info on the account, or is a real, registered Corporation with Tax number and all of that enough? I don't want to find out I have to put my info on it half way through, I'd just sell on my own account if that's the case.
Does anyone know, or has anyone done this all the way with a real company info?
Also, this is a US account, US company. |

This is something we can't avoid... it's not a problem, it's just another obstacle. |

There are plenty of companies selling on Ebay,Bestbuy,Clark shoes ,and many precious metal dealers.
You should call Ebay how to register a company, what is the final value fee and what bank account to use ,also do you need to provide a credit card. |

But there must be a way to reach someone who deals with big sellers, how does BBY open an account on Ebay, and those precious metal dealers ,once I saw some dealer selling gold buillions, accepting wiretransfer only in 6 figures.
If he is selling for his employer,it should be registered in his employer name, tax id,bank account.
He should also brief his employer on some of Ebay business practice-what is buyer/seller protection, tracking number which is trackable online, local pick up,fees and disputes.chargebacks. |

So as far as anyone knows, even with a business that's an actual established C Corp, with bank info, listing, company credit cards, company bank account, somewhere some how my personal info has to go on there somewhere, right? |

if you have problem speaking to an Ebay rep,ask your legal dept to contact Ebay.
depends on what you mean by personal information, when you look at the form for opening a seller account, you should see all the requirements | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:15 PM. | |
