Is it easier to set up a new account as Business, or start at Personal then switch?

I'm going to set up a new account, is it easier (and more trouble free, less chance of issues) to set it up as a personal account, sell a little, and then convert it, or is it less risky to start out as a business seller account? Has anyone done both, or is one know to be less risky?

In both ways it is easy to do it and you should not have problems.
The problem happens when you do not have real account data and you fail the verifications
