Latest MP/SSN Workaround?
 

Years ago I lost my regular US eB account and my SSN was attached to it.

I have made several stealth AZ accounts with no problem. They don't require SSN for business accounts, only an EIN.

From what I understand, you can create a stealth eB Business account with just an EIN, correct? And these cost me $100 each to start an LLC to get an EIN, unless there's a cheaper or more creative way.

Now, coming up soon, the threshold will be $600 and eB will ask for an SSN? Even for business accounts?

My goal is to have several functioning business accounts but when they ask for an SSN, mine will link and I want to make several, anyway. Even if I purchased premade stealth accounts, I'll need a workaround for the SSN when they ask.

With so many changes recently, what is the best current workaround for a US citizen wanting to make US accounts? How is it done?

Although I'm not entirely sure, I remember reading on this forum that even business accounts require an SSN.

Perhaps other people can chime in but one workaround is to go stealth out of the country - just as an option

if he goes stealth with a foreign account,does his bank have to be of the same country?
If so,how is he going to get a foreign bank account?
How long ago was your Ebay account with your SSN suspended?

My account was suspended 4-5 years ago. I had been drop shipping and doing well, and I had gone completely legit with my account, never thinking it would be banned. Heh. So, now I want to go totally stealth. I want to be able to have several accounts. I'm mostly concerned that they will ask for my SSN and $600 is hardly enough to justify the cost of getting an account going.

That was my plan (and what I do for Amazon accounts) but I have read that after $600 in sales (soon) they will ask for an SSN, even if it's a business account with an EIN. It costs me $100 USD to start an LLC and get an EIN so I don't want to waste that and still not have an account when they ask for an SSN.

Idk if this helps, but i was banned in 2020. June 2024 i made an account with all my regular info (same ssn, same bank, new address/internet/pc)

119 orders and $3300 and still strong ��*♂️ even goy MC011'd and reinstated

Once I read Ebay insists on SSN for EIN account,saying behind an EIN,there must be a living,kicking person running the show so where is the SSN?
You may want to look into foreign countries where you can get a bank account,may be Panama or if you live close to the Canadian or Mexican borders?
Or HK Shanghai bank ?
But the problem is when you file your income tax return,you must disclose foreign bank account and the penalty is pretty stiff if you do not

Nahh i sell high risk/no tracking items. It's dumb for me to even be here. Just enjoying the extra bucks while I can. You could compare me to your typical scammer...I just actually send my items
