Virtual US accounts that can be linked to eBay
 

As for now,
What options do I have to add a bank account to eBay?
I know that most virtual banks are not acceptable.

Sadly, you need that US bank - might want to search to see if any banks are available in the US that will cater to international clients

if your country is Egypt you have little to no options , the only real bank that can potentially open an account is HSBC but virtual banks none

in your case payoneer+ebay is the way to go

I am looking to have a US combination for 2 reasons:

1. Item location - my goods are located in the US, and listing from another country hurt sales, a lot.

2. BBE is one big BS, and they like to close accounts for no reasons cause of that. I know that US accounts have a difference scoring system.

I do have few aged US eBay accounts, but I wonder if there is any banking solution
(I can register a LLC if that will help somehow)

There are some US banks which will accept foreigners to open a bank account with them

opening USA accounts takes a social security number , your only viable option for a higher quality account is the EU as it at least offers many countries and potentially many banking solutions

Correct - I have quite a few US banks will issue accounts for foreigners but you have to step into the branch...
