Ebay Image copywrite Infringement

I have been selling dvd's on ebay and on a few differant items they have got pulled because of copywrite infringement on the images Ive used. Can anyone help or any advise why this is happening and how to make sure that the images i am using are not going cause anymore issues. Could use some advice on this quick.

Are you using stock photos only? Did you gank somebody else's images? Did you rip them from another website?
