Reports by another seller leading to account shutdown
 

Hi guys I am having a real problem with a seller on eBay. I purchased few accounts here and some of them have been shut down due to been reported by another seller and the reason I know it is because the seller contacted me first from a different eBay user asking me about the products am selling weather they are original or not and I didn't reply to his message but after couple of days the account got suspended. And then again he messaged from another eBay account which I replied to his email and then he bought the item and when he received it he took a picture and sent me and email with the picture attached to it. It's a high risk item by the way. I really don't know what to do to this seller if anyone can help me I would really really APPRECIATE THEM. I am just scared that if I buy more accounts he would the same once I start posting my high risk items. thank you in advance for all those who are willing to help

First thing to ask is are the items original?

Don't sell phakes and this won't happen. All e-commerce platforms have been focused on weeding out counterfeit sellers over the past few years. Things are going to keep getting harder and harder.

Since you know his eb accounts as well, block them from bidding. It's a small step but necessary. Listen to the wise posters above as well

The items are not phases but they are high risk items. I have so far blocked a lot of his accounts and it seems he keeps on opening new account with 0 feedback and you wouldn't know who that person is until they start causing problems to destroy our reputation and am sure what his plan is for me to stop selling on eBay or to forget about selling those products which I can't.

I know this is a old thread the moment anyone asks if it's authentic, block them. If the same guy buys it and goes through that process call eBay, and tell them you think it's a competitor and say can you see if his account is attached or linked to my block list. It's against eBay policy to create accounts to buy if your blocked.

Of course the downside is he could be really good at stealth accounts and/or be on this forum lol
