Lawyer ordered 5 of my books
 

Hi,

a lawyer (specialist in Counterfeit Cases) ordered 5x of my books and on another account 1 more.

Should i ship it to him.

The source might be a little bit questionable.

Is the lawyer in the US? also if your books are phake.....best think twice about selling, or shipping those books.

Way to do your research on the buyer - if you're selling f*ke stuff then either get the real goods and send or don't.

Might also want to consider stopping f*ke sells.

i googled the office and it shows they are specialist in that kind of stuff.

And would u stop selling books that brought me in the last 2 years 200.000 $ profit (each year) and only positive feedback not a single negative ?!

I mean Donald cheats left and right and made his money through very questionable deals and his dad made his money with a brothel, we should be able to make somekind of money with this.

I mean at the end its just a book with text, just i buy it for 2$ instead of 200 $

I decided not to ship it and refund the money said his address is wrong.....

Well, I dont think it is the best move. If their intention is to order your books and use them to accuse you selling xxx books they can do it by ordering with a personal email account.
Moreover, not sending books make them more suspicous.
Anyway, I hope thats ends well for you..

its a stealth account, shipped by amazon fba, so i am pretty safe on this one.......

Sure they can always use a personal account......risk is part of it i guess.

But i feel like a student dont need to pay 250 $ for a damn textbook, i sell them for $35 (on ebay) right now, they got the exact same book and i make a little cut on this. And nobody need to pay hundreds of $$$ to a greedy book publisher

called in ebay for an increase

was 500 - 25k
now 1500 - 45k

was able to get from paypal 3500 $ total today, but was asked for EIN/SSN/ITIN

you selling pdf versions ? Dont see how you paid $2 for a book and as stated above you are using fba for a $2 book that retails for $250+...gotta be pdf, no way you pay $2 for a copy book.....

I think OP probably did not want to pay out for the real books as so expensive, especially 5 of them.

I agree, why would the lawyer be so open about address - My guess is it is a scare tactic to make you take notice and stop. Or they are genuinely buying the books for their kid.

I see and buy alot of PDF books on ebay, the ones that are $60 plus on amazon new and used physical ones. I often wonder how they get a way with selling them, as they do not seem to be taken down and are longstanding old ebay accounts. I am a repeat buyer from one seller for about 3 years.
