Listing removed, trademark violation

I posted vpn services listings but got removed due to trademark violations and vero. I have had a look on vero participant list, this informant is not even on that list, then how come ebay has removed my listings. Is it worth fighting on this.

Informant must have been compelling - or eB made a lax takedown...it happens. Profits are always worth fighting for...
