I recently had a single item taken down through a VERO strike with a trademarked name. But, I had multiple items listed through that trademark. How much risk of another strike does it pose if you continue to list the other trademarked items later? I've always taken down anything with said trademark if I get a strike. But I recently pondered if the other models from the same trademark would draw another strike later or be like finding a needle in a haystack to a bot.

So the current active listings are OK usually

I wouldnt post other items with the same trademark though as future listings can get flagged faster

Bots are deployed as they are good at finding needle in the stack.
