I find it very intriguing, these posts that pop up so frequently. The ones from people alleging they had such a horrifying knock on the door. The posts that tell EVERYONE to JUST DON'T DO IT.
Well, some people actually have genuine product defensible under the doctrine of first sale.
If the posters of these messages are out of compliance, so be it. But it only applies to that person. Does not always apply to every seller.
How many of these posts are made by corporate trolls huffing and puffing yet NOT blowing my house down?
Really, aren't there enough threads already? Must we have a new one arise so often?
Big Scary Lawyer Letter threads are getting as common as the Paypal 21 Day Hold rants.
Make your venue login IDs appropriately - lawyers aren't so scary.
