UGGs & ebay?

Can anyone help me out here?
I have a stealth account that I'm just tentatively starting to break in, so far I've sold one item and purchased one item so my feedback score is a 2...the account is almost 2 months old...and I'm moving very slowly as not to set off any red flags so early in.

anyway I had read a few times that people got their accounts suspended for selling ugg boots...is that true? I have a pair that I want to sell but don't want to risk losing my account over them...can someone explain to me what the deal is?

You can get suspended for selling any vero items. Just depends if you get reported by a competitor or the rights owner flags it down.

I'm sure you are going to be fine over a pair of UGG boots. Dont list them as new and you wont have to worry. Very items are only a worry if you sell a bunch of them and all are new. I sell shoes every day. used though.

Even one pair of UGGs could cause problems. The USA rights owner is very hostile at the moment. They are reacting to ebay listings aggressively. I would carefully consider any consequences of listing on a new account
