Hit with my first MC019 violation / listing removal
 

This kind of sucks...

I had a few questions regarding this violation, it's the one where they take down your listing because either the rights owner said to take it down or maybe a competitor ratted you out.

I had 2 auctions running for the same VERO item, but only 1 got taken down. The other one is still running and will end soon. I was wondering what would happen if I did a second chance offer for the listing that didn't go down.

Also. would it be OK to keep selling on this account if I list completely different and non-VERO items?

depends if the listing titles are different, i was selling an item on 3 diff accounts all got taken down so changed all 3 listing titles, one made it for 3 weeks then got taken down so am going to rest that item for a while until i get more new accounts made
