Default Why its not always EBAYS fault !!!!

This is a Example one of the things that is wrong with Ebay but i dont think they can ever correct ..there is a recording artist named JEFF BUCKLEY who died years back and his mother will not let anyone sell anything that she does not authorize or you buy from her .. so even when you have a Vintage item she VERO'S you and ebay is helpless as what can they do they are not a expert of items -which is what they claimed in the TIFFANYS SUIT , you can try and fight it through the First Sale Doctrine but who wants to hire a attorney over a few t-shirts ..

What if it was your stuff? Would you really want people making more money off of stuff you own than you do?? There are millions of things to sell. Just move on.

Closed listings don't look that hot there anyway. Could be summer weak sales though.

Whether or not it's fair the fact is VEROs can decide who can or can't sell their items whether they're genuine or not.

This Vero crap goes way too far.
Levi Jeans are a trademarked item and you are telling me if I gain weight and can no longer fit into them that I can't sell them?
That is a huge fault with Vero. I can totally relate to not wanting to have your hard earned stuff illegally copied, but re selling some that you bought through legal channels should not be illegal

Greedy companies hope they perish so new companies who will let other people sell stuff will come through.
