Need Help Sent Info via email To Vero now what

Can someone please help me with the next step here,

my brain is fryed

My eBay listing was pulled down by vero, I contacted the company they asked me to send them a picture I did, Then they said they wanted to call me and I said Unfortunately I find that it is better to keep all communication via email. Verbal communications can be misunderstood or twisted.
I have provided the information you requested. Please retract your takedown notice and reinstate my listings.

I have sent the information they requested and now they asked me to send the photo's again

makes no sense my head hurts so much I can't even think what to reply back and say.

I feel like they are just throwing me through loops

Any help would be great thanks

they can be a pain to deal with......i think just go ahead and resend the pictures to them and make a note on there that it is the second, third, fourth, etc time that you are sending this.

That's what they are doing as nobody999 said.

They are playing with you.

Reply with 2nd reply to your request. I would appreciate your reply within 72 hours to finalize the matter.
Dont say sorry, dont say unfortunately: be tough with them as they are being with you :ranger:

Hi ..

This is actually the 8 or so time I have numbered every email subject as "2nd request" and so on.
The lady has the photo's I sent them 3 times within 2 days, I'm just at a loss of words on what to say now,

This is what I have started to say

Ms. XXXXX

As I indicated from the very beginning you have the pictures. I have attested to the validity of my listings, “under penalty of perjury” that should be enough.

If someone can help me what to say next, I'm serious I am at my wits end.
I want to tell her
"I gave you 48 hours to contact eBay and retract your take down notice and you failed to do this. I will be filing a suit in a court of competent jurisdiction seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages and equitable relief in the form of an injunction ordering you to retract your takedown notice."

I'm not playing nice and I'm not backing down I'm at a lost of words in a "Respectable" way because I know only Swear words will be the next thing out of my mouth. Should I send that?
Thanks

Don't swear. It'll only show them how unclassy and hot headed you are.
Be tough, yet respectful.

missi79 10-27-2010 10:00 AM

Yea I knew I should of put that as a P.S, I know not to swear I meant it as that's what I want to do , but I know not to that's why I am asking for help

Talk to them over the phone.

If they claimed copyright then you can file a counternotice.

You never ever ever threaten litigation unless you are on your way to the court house. A threat of litigation is all someone needs to go into court first.
