2nd request on Help with VERO company PLEASE HELP

This is the second time I am posting in regards to a vero member claiming I am selling counterfeit items or as they say Trademark Infringement.

I really need everything there is to know on how to file a lawsuit against them. I have sent this idiot exactly what she requested not just once but 5 times , and she still has yet to prove or provide me with any information as to how I am infringing. I'm fed up and pissed off.


So please anyone that can steer me in the right direction on how to file a lawsuit

have you requested to pursue a counter-notice claim? call ebay and let them know your serious if you hadnt already.....

You have found Tabberone. Approach her via her website and see what she advises. This is HER area of expertise, not the forum's. The other alternative is to get legal advice. Check your State Bar Association for attorneys who have expertise. Some may even do a case pro bono.
