Got a letter from Johnson & pham asking for $15000
 

I bought 20 p90x and they got seize by customs. I then get a letter from Johnson and pham asking for 15K or else they will sue me for trademark infringement. I ignore the first letter then I just got a second letter from them asking me why I haven't responded and also warning me that If I don't respond in 7 days I will get sued. I haven't sold any p90x.

thanks anyway. I'm just going to let it go. not respond to it. I talk to my friends lawyer and they said don't worry they are using scare tactics, and see if you can swallow the hook. He also said if they send you certify mail just don't touch it or sign it. Ignore the whole thing.
