Vero Removed, cases opened from Buyers
 

Hi everyone,
My listing was removed because they believe my item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I've sold many without issue, and some weeks ago (on the same buy it now listing). Since they removed it, emails were sent to everyone who bought.
Ebay instructed the buyers to open a case that they haven't received it.

So now, I've sent my product but buyers are opening cases to get their money back. What should I do? If I don't refund them, they could just get their money back from opening a case right?

Any advice on how to proceed?

I hate it when eBay used to do this to me.
I used to just send ALL my buyers a follow up email.
I would say something to the extent of....
"I really have no idea what is going on with my eBay account.
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about your purchase."
I would add more about the exact item and use the buyers first name.

IF the item is not a phake, then file an MC019 counter-claim.
Contact your buyers like HWGA said.
If it is phake, then grovel and learn a lesson :pop2:

Hi RSXelrate - just curious about how this resolved and what you did about this. Did you refund or dispute the claims?

I have the same situation and am wondering what to do.

Quit selling phakes and if you choose to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ you should be prepared on how to contour react..Really people who sell phakes to make a living or big bucks piss me off.

I dont know, I dont even want to get on this subject because I might get real mad. But anyway.

And EBAY would never tell the buyers to open a case that they have not received it...


What you doing is dropshipping which takes 1-2 weeks from china so in that case I dont blame them.

Ebay might say if you have not got you item after so and so time (1 week) file a case)..


But im pretty sure your dropshipping...

Eyes get big when they see a china site with a high ticket item for dang near 80% of orginal price and the first thing they think is riches and Ebay. Get on on ebay and start selling and in for big surprise then the first thing they claim is O, I didnt know it was phake.. Yea right.


Should be a sticky here regarding phakes and all...


I bet you 90% of people here sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Thats why nobody will tell you what they sell. If people here had legit item they wouldnt have a problem telling you what they sell because they know its hard to get the same price you get. Think about it.

I will tell you what i sell because I know Im legit and I know you probably could never get the item for the price I get because i go through legit company and buy 15k at a time from the distrubuter

And crazy how people just think they see some cheap phakes and think they an hit it big. Its alot to the game or your in for big surprise
