Letter Johnson&Pham LLP.
So I just got this email with a attachment from Johnson & Pharm today, for none other than copyright infringement. They state in the letter that the want a little over 900 dollars from me, information where I got my inventory,proof of destroying inventory and so on. Now I believe that they sent this to me about a amazon account that I was selling on and has been shut down for about a month, since all my ebay accounts I'm selling on now are stealth. My question is though , I have read threads about this, and people saying just to ignore it. Has anyone actually ignored it for a couple of years and got away with it, or is it something that eventually will catch up to me. Should I seek legal counsel? |
