Adidas Americal/ reebok international letter

I got an email today from the gibney law firm. it was a cease and desist letter and it was asking for $575 in damages. it said that if i don't pay by the feb 2nd, 2011. then they will hold legal action against me.
has this happened to anyone??

I hope you have not used your real info - anyhow, that's a moot point. Other threads have solid advice about dealing with Gibney.
