How Do You Sell Vero Items Without Consequences?

According to TeraPeak, for the past 90 days, he's been selling nothing but P90X for $117.59 average price, all Buy It Now.

He has made $67,967 in the past 90 days from 59 listings, 49 of which were successful, 595 sold.

To sell that many at a time they surely must be ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Probably good ones, but I've heard that they don't even let you sell the real ones on eBay. But he has the name of it right in the title, and the description is straight off of BeachBody's P90X sales pitch site, except for the little testimonial paragraph he's tacked on to the end.

How has he possibly lasted this long? Isn't BeachBody fairly aggressive in making sure no one sells their products outside of their rules?

Possible reasons: the buyers don't care, they are A+ phakes, lucky, they are 100 percent real, or everytime paypal ask's he has invoices ready for them to show he bought from legit source.

Just a few that come off the top of my head.

I can think of a few more but those are trade secrets nobody gives those out, ecspecially not to an OP with 1 post.

Beachbody IS extremely aggressive in protecting their products. You say he sold $68k+ worth of this stuff in the last 90 days. That is not a small-time seller.

He may NOT be getting away with anything.

Law enforcement may be investigating him. It is not unheard of for Customs or the FBI to request that eBay allow the seller to continue operating normally, while they conduct their investigation. They could be gathering evidence to use against him, or they could be trying to find his supplier.

Check back in 60 days and see if he is still selling.
