This is my first post on this site and I recieved an e-mail telling me that I sold copyright infringing material (Beachbody Insanity) to an undercover operative! A buyer resale2011 i sold to who has "private" feedback must be the one. This is part of the e-mail-

As you will realize, we have been able to confirm your dealings in counterfeit INSANITY® fitness products which infringe the intellectual property rights of Beachbody. For example, on April 16, 2011, you sold infringing INSANITY® fitness products to an undercover operative of Effective Piracy Enforcement, an intellectual property enforcement firm employed by Beachbody.

My question is am I in trouble? I just recieved my e-book a couple of weeks ago and am in the process of setting up stealth accounts. The one in question is a real account! I recieved lawsuit documents in the e-mail and as advised by reading the forum here I will not respond to any communications from such parties. My post is two-fold, 1- to warn people that undercover operatives are buying tangible goode off of e-bay and 2- to ask if I should be alright by just seize and disisting my selling. Thank you for your response

I read elsewhere that if they bother to buy a test product they will persist with suing you. They've probably identified that your account is real which is why they've done the purchase.

I think others were told to pay $10k-$20k?
