Illegal to sell college or nfl team named items?

Yes, it falls under Vero, but it is not illegal. Unless you mean like counterfeits, then, yes, THAT is illegal.

With colleges, some care and some do not. It is just like anything else. If you can prove to the Vero member that your items are legitimate, then they may let you sell them.

Counterfeits would be illegal yes :suspicious:
