guys i was selling these SD cards that i bought from dhgate. They're 32 gb kingston cards. I sold him one and had another 3 in auction which i he bought but didn't pay for. he opened a case and i refunded him. he then sent me messages that he knew they knows theyre ⊗⊗⊗⊗ sd cards and that he has "⊗⊗⊗⊗ Kingston memory cards being sold on E-Bay http://reviews.ebay.com/⊗⊗⊗⊗-KINGSTO...00000016053318 It's a federal crime to send fraudulent material through the USPS federal mail service." and "A case has also been filed with USPS Inspection Services. This is a federal crime and will be investigated and prosecuted as such." and "A case has also been filed with the Office of Inspector General USPS for fraud."

The stupid dhgate seller told me they were real and legit. what do i do. if i completely stop selling can usps investigation find it?? what do i do??? please help me guys. can he really open a case with them this fast. it sold for 30 dollars if it means anything.

also can people see what i previously sold??? can i hide that on the feedback and how??

Sounds like he's just bluffing, but you never know.

i don't care. i rather stop now. but he did pay for one before and left feedback saying it was good and now he said he contacted them. what is jailtime or fine for unknownly selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ stuff on ebay after the person you bought them from claimed they were real???

YOU had the choice to check the validity of any item you sold. That you did not do so is an error of judgement on your part.

Proceedings are complex and not for discussion.

See an attorney sooner rather than later.
