Received email from Johnson&Pham on 12/8/11

They are asking $10K for settlement due in 10 days. They included an article of P90X DVD sample case in the demand letter. All my eBay, Paypal accounts still valid and NOT even suspended. I haven't receive any certified mail from Johnson&Pham. What should I do? I am thinking of closing all of my accounts, including the email address that they used to send me that .pdf letter associate with ebay and paypal. They didn't have my REAL registered address so far. Ignore and deny mails?

Here we go again,
If the certified mail come, what should I do? I am sure it will send to my PO box address, not my ebay registered address. Refuse the mail and decline it? Do you think I should cancel my eBay and PayPal accounts?

Slapped,
They don't have my eBay registered info. yet. Do you think they can still sue me? With no ID, and No SSN.

as the others said, ignore the email. Also, make SURE that you do not sell their products again...

And do not think that just because you are using stealth that they cannot find your real information from pp/eb. This type of thing is what their high priced lawyers are for.

Consider this a warning and stay away from their stuff.

About shutting down the accounts?
Personally, I wouldnt. Just let them cool off for a while and show them that you are no longer selling their items.

Open some new ones to start selling again.

How do you stealth account? I haven't do that yet. Is it too late to do so now?
