Selling phone cases on eBay that have apple logo , ????

What are the rules with selling phones cases on eBay that have the apple logo on them , will eBay throw you off or a violation , I see so many sellers doing this and nothing happens. I hear stories that eBay have closed accounts for this bit is this true, I have also spoke to sellers that photoshop the logo that takes away the leaf so it shows the apple so apple can't claim it's there logo.

It seems to be a very grey area , so would like to know if anyone knows anything about this.

You are using a brand trademark for your own profit then you are in danger of takedowns/suspension.

With an apple logo.

But I just purchased 150 iPhone cases (with Apple logo) off Kijiji for a good deal with intentions on re-selling for quick feedback on some old accounts I never built up yet..

I've thought about blurring or slightly altering the Apple logo in the pictures so it wouldn't get taken down/get in trouble with Apple.

In addition to that, would you guys recommend I get a cheap PO box and use it as my return address (instead of my real one). I'm just paranoid that someone for Apple will order one and I'd be screwed if my real address was on the package

You need help selling your f@ke apple cases and u need the forums help? The forum is not here to teach u on how to sell f@ke merchandise.

I assume that any P.O. location will require some sort if ID with your real info, if Apple really want to get to you they will find your real address.

A PO box would not stop Apple tracking you down if they really wanted to. They are a billion dollar company after all.

You are selling non authentic items, not a good business plan.

Yea, once you put that up, Apple & Ebay be on you like you was a criminal. I wouldn't suggest doing it. Selling legal apple products is hard right now.
