Certified letter from Johnson Pham

Yes! I have read the other threads. Unfortunately none go as far as to mention what came of ignoring the email nor does anybody actually receive and sign for the certified mail.

I receieved my email March 20th requesting $10,000. I now received certified letter that my father signed for on April 14th. I have looked up the company they represent and it seems as though they have only filed 15 lawsuits in total, all of which were filed against what seems to be foreigners as the names are not anything typical in the US.

I must know if it would be wiser to ignore this letter or to immediately seek an attorney who will assist in negotiating a lower amount to settle out of court?

Extra info: I only sold 3 (one of which was to the undercover) - they have my true info because I didn't know of stealth or XXXX - I don't have anywhere close to 10k I am a full time student - and I'm very worried ATM. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And it seems as though people hate these Johnson Pham threads here but like I said. There are very few and nobody seems to enjoy updating them.

You need to consult an attorney asap. We cannot provide legal advice and are not lawyers.

I wouldnt ignore that and again you need PROFESSIONAL advice...

Welcome to the forums.

cjmixers is correct.

CONSULT AN ATTORNEY AND DO AS HE/SHE/IT SAYS.

Close the thread - nothing to discuss. All the best.

I plan on consulting an attorney ASAP. What is the likelihood of me being able to negotiate with them?

Your chances depend on the attorney you hire and how many items they caught you with.

Good luck.

I dont think this is a coincidence.

A user last week wanted to engage in discussion about this same topic.

Legal advice is the requirement.

Good Luck
