lets say i know of a branded item that sells on ebay that isnt vero protected. I'd be ok to sell them right?

Let's say you should start to stock up on the headache pills you are going to need should you proceed to selling a 'branded' item. :doh:

Imperative you do a LOT of study to ensure the item is a goer. (Or the account will be a goer)

Remind yourself about being limited because of what you sold
Take a headache tablet.
Remind yourself of the buyer not liking the quality of the item.
Take a headache tablet

Worst reminder is that the brand owner may not necessarily a VeRo member on ebay.
Still can file an infringement notice

thats possible but i know this brand has been sold on ebay since at least 2006 because i was selling it then ha.
