Default Whats the worst that could happen!

ok so my selling time seems over now after pocketing 3k profit in 43 days of trading i recived an email from the copyright holder asking me to provide invoices and the source of my items or they will get my ebay account suspended,

lets clarify here that this is NOT an email from EBAY but from the original owner of the copyrighted items i am selling, the items are an iffy one as the customer knows they are not the real deal (but only becuase of diffrence in price) but are happy becuase im saving them money, so no disputes or neg fb ever happens, but then i get this email from the copyright ownerns asking the questions.

i agreed to provide invoices etc and asked to give me a couple of days to get them together. this buys me a little time to withdraw all paypal funds and complete the final orders.

i removed the items and will not relist them,

my plan is to give them invoices with a mobile number on it and i will deal with them on the phone when they ring.

if they are not happy with my reasons etc on where i source the items and they decide to then (if they havent already) report me in to ebay.

what is the worse possible outcome. i know my account may get suspended but i want to know if ebay will try to reverse all the transactions and refund everyone for the items in question. or would it just be a case of suspention and end of?

cheers guys

Lawsuit with civil damages /end.

If you knowingly sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goods then you need to accept the consequences.

Worst that could happen.......... as rsot says above or worse.

ebay/paypal will kill your brief life with them under that name.

To be blunt expect deep doo-doo & hope you can deal with the IP holders.

Dont be too cocky, take a more discreet approach

I know who I would be more bothered about and it ain't e/b or p/p.

That's easy to deal with with.

Well that ebay account is toast and so is the paypal account attached to it.
Yes paypal are likely to reverse everything done in the account relating to that specific product. Its ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so it should be a no brainer for them.
If all the info is on your real name it means youll have a big negative balance in your paypal account. Big enough for paypal to send their collections department after you.
You got some serious problems. And like everyone here says Ebay and paypal are the least of them but you seem to think otherwise so you must know something the rest of us do not.

Default nothing to worry about

well i could not reply to the other thread as it was closed and locked
but bascily im lucky for now, i recived an email from the copyright oweners saying since i have removed the items in question they are no longer intrested in seeing invoices etc. so hopefully thats that and the ebay account is fine.

i think some of you missed the point of my previous post. i already explained that all i had to do was produce invoices to proove the source and price. im not stupid i did not list the item blatently knowing it would be understood to be a copy i just said people never leave neg fb becuase there happy with the price. anyways end of the matter i removed the items and they have left it alone so they say so hopefully nothing will happen to the account. plus paypal would have to be 100% sure my items were counterfiet to be able to reverse all funds to buyers and with me supplying invoices NO neg fb or disputes or any messages in my ebay asking about the authenticy of the item it would be my word against theres with no proof of the product being counterfiet
