So i have a vero " Copyright Violation - Unauthorized Listing Content" removal recently.. This was a 2 day old completed item, oddly... My active auction ends today and wasn't removed, it's the exact same auction, word for word, same pictures same images. What gives? This is a copyright violation, this company doesn't come around ebay/vero that often... Maybe once a month. Is it worth drawing attention with the counter notice? I could very well win, or i could stir up crap. It is a TRS account, i could very well just move the product to another w/o issue, i actually have them split up anyway

might be to late cancel listing, I would remove the second one. even though someone might purchase and you ship it, they can still hit you with a 2nd Violation.That will put 2 violations on your acct. for at least 6 months.

I know... that sucks, regardless it goes into completed, i have others already in completed.. something tells me someone singled it out.
