Trademark breach...
 

Hi, i had a listing taken down which had been up for several weeks selling a particular item and had sold a fair few. I got a message saying the owner of the company had contacted ebay and due to trademark im not allowed to list them, what i was going to ask is can i list the items as used and just list one at a time on a different account, would the listing stay up this way? thanks

Do you mind tell us what name is the item?

Because the owner have found you ,so it is not easy for you to list them ,no matter new or used.You need to be careful if you continue to list them .

You may need go some other way to sell the items.

Im not sure about the UK, But here in the US there IS a law Known as the "First Sale Doctrine" this law basically says that you DO have the right to sell a PERSONAL Used item irreguardless of Trademarks,,BUT, I KNOW from experience that RARELY stops rights owners from asking Ebay to take down listings, who ALWAYS Comply with rights owners requests,,,at least here in the USA,,,I hope that helps you a little

Listing as used does nothing, especially if you are trying to move a lot. They aren't going to be complete dumba*ses when they see you constantly relisting. C'mon now...
