Anyone have a positive outcome with vero?

Just curious is anyone has had any success with vero products.

I have some stuff I want to sell and I have the receipts but vero took my item down. Is there anything I can do to assure if I list it again it wont happen?

What about posting the pic of the receipt with the item?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dont sell on any account until it is really really really well established.

For the interim, I would avoid selling for feedback like you hoped ( in another thread).

To list VeRo, you are going to have to supply all the info about the item. Take brand new photos too.
What's the item? ( general category will do)

its just some shoes I got from the es

Precise listing AND spectacular photos will go a long way to success.

Should there be a 'mark' on a shoe, write that in the description. Do not rely on the 'photo' to explain a thing.

Be aware that buyers are blind too often.

Have a well defined return policy as well.

Look at a thread by mcmxcivjm.

He had a horrible time with a stoopid buyer.

im more concerned with getting another vero strike more than a buyer dissatisfied.

You have every chance of BOTH.

Not rocket science is it?

Usual, sensible procedure would be to avoid listing a VeRo item on the ebay platform.

It is a risk. Big risk.

That's all I sell is vero items pretty much. I've had mixed luck with my accounts. On one account I'm a top rated power seller with 500/$25,000 monthly limits. Then I have a few with 50/2200 limits. On the other hand I've had some accounts shut down. For me, customer service is key to keeping my account ups and running. If the customer isn't happy with their item I give them a no hassle return and pay for the return shipping. Most of the time they will still leave positive feedback even if they returned it because I communicate with them the whole time and assure them that they will get their money back. I just play major suck up to them.
