is original Syma Heli selling on ebay is vero and may be deleted.

For the others (like me) who don't know what a "Syma Heli" is...

What country will you sell these on?

Be very very very careful of your SOURCE of these items.

The company itself has strict rules about how the product is sold. They do prefer approved sellers.


That category on ebay is watched closely. Many buyers want to buy a real model. Unless a seller buys carefully, they may be buying phakes.

An account will have trouble then.

i have it 100% original items and will be sold from trustful place in this case can i sell with out problems or what

You need to contact the VeRo rights owner. Have your proof of genuine receipts and get clearance. You have not mentioned if you have had listings taken down....?

prove you are selling legit items, put some type of certification picture in your listings and even in your main picture and you shouldnt run into issues

Again, in some cases, if the Ve.RO member has serious issues with bla.ack market products infiltrating the market, they will smoke anyone who they do not authorize. Even if your products are legitimate, your channels more than likely are not or else they would leave you alone.

It's like the the people in China reselling Apple products by purchasing them in bulk or individually elsewhere and then moving to another location to sell them and pose as an authorized retailer. The products are legitimate, but they are not authorized and get in trouble when caught. AKA gray market products...look it up folks. Legitimate products, but illegitimate channels.

No offense, but I highly doubt Sy.ma puts Qatar on its lists of major distribution channels. Plus, the OP hasn't responded positively in their defense with anything believable. People run around whining all day on this forum, "MY PRODUCTS ARE SO LEGIT BROOOO!" :pound: :pound:

How could that guy possibly be authentic when hes selling it at $22 shipped from China?
If these products are Vero, why hasnt ebay removed this guy yet??

and just doing a quick search on eBay for Syma...i see hundreds of sellers at the same margin...all claiming to ship in "non original packaging" - clearly all ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

It it safe to assume these are non-vero today?

Wholesale is about $12 not including shipping but because they ship with epacket it's cheap as heck so their margins are still better than a US Seller.

Probably because its from china. What is the vero owner going to do about it? Threaten to stop making it in china? Lol, good luck with that one syma

Well I've always noticed when you are selling in a more popular categories you will keep getting you listings removed by other sellers reporting you in that category that don't take well to other competition coming in and that even when you also provide authentication of a product.

This is problematic!! Lets just say I knocked this on the head after making some good money because it's more hassle than it's worth. In fact I know of someone who did receive the dreaded threatening letter. Plenty of other good items to sell

The Chinese are everywhere on ebay, internet and beyond...They are like ants. Some have been know to make one to four cents per sale in profits!! That's only after a thousand sales though.
