How to avoid VERO listing takedown?
 

It seems like even authentic VERO item can get taken down even with receipt if the brand company dont want you to resell their item.

Does text manipulation like putting asterisk or tm (trademark) on a VERO name i.e. *Chanel* in the title and description of the lsiting works in avoiding listing takedown? Would the item appear in search result?
(Putting in wrong category is bad, right?)

What about at the time the money comes in or withdarwal time would PP sees I manipulated the text that way and would this be an issue?

If you manipulate the text or category, you'll be violating ANOTHER eBay rule. Can't win!

I found the best way to avoid VERO takedowns, is to stop selling VERO items. I sold VERO items for 3+ years and now that I sell only non-VERO items I sleep much better knowing I won't wake up to a suspended account. Plus, my profits are the same.

You just found out about this now? VERO take down doesn't necessary mean they are saying your product is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Basically what they are telling is, we don't want you to sell our branded item because we do not consider eBay as an authorized venue.

If you like to dabble in V*ro items, you will have to experiment and find the nooks and crannies - or a mentor...no one is going to give up their business and livelihood without proper dues.
