Vero OEM question
 

Ive been making money on Ebay for years by selling computer parts from office cleanouts.
My biggest seller was OEM COA stickers, and bundled software, especially Acrobat.
But I just got 2 vero's 1 for a COA OEM sticker and another for OEM bundled Acrobat

After reading the rules on selling OEM products I was more confused.
I read through Both MS and Adobe. MS seems like you can sell with the origianal equipment(ie; hard drive, motherboard or PC itself)
But Adobe says I can't sell at all without being a reseller.
With this being an OEM product doesnt that override Adobe vero policy?

That's because people who flagged your listings are not qualified. I can almost assure you everyone on eBay and VeRO team has basic training. if someone decides you are 'breaking the law" there is nothing really you can do. you will lose your account if you keep listing "VeRO". It doesn't matter is your copies or practice is legitimate they will keep removing them and then suspend your account.

You need to provide much more proof.

How much proof can I show?
I've got pics with OEM and packaging
For now ill stay away.

Adobe and MS's OEM policies are different. Just because MS is letting you sell it with a bundled piece of hardware, it doesn't mean Adobe is allowing you to do the same. If they don't want you to sell it without being a licensed reseller, then there's nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
