30 day suspension, then a 7day suspension!?
 

hi everyone,

recently, i had a product removed and my account receieved a 30day suspension, but i still had an item for sale, then item then ended and i got paid for it.

2 Days after it ended it got Removed from Vero rights owner, and then i received a 7day selling limitation, however I am still serving the 30day limitation, as its only been around 5days into the 30day limitation.

So, am i limited for the time remaining plus 7days, i.e (25days left of the first suspension + the new 7 day limitation), or has it messed the system up and I am only limited from selling for a period of 7days?

I am very confused and would appreciate any help

And obviously I'll let it cool down for a while....

It's a minor point about whether its total of 30 days or 37...I would figure the 30 days would just override any 7 day issue.

The big point here is that you are in deep doo-doo with eB. Be careful about future operations

You'll know when the selling restriction is over as you will be allowed to list items. Personally, I'd do nothing on the account for at least another month after the restriction is over.

As others have said, this account is in deep doo-doo. It's drinking up time in the last chance saloon.
